[ That there is! It's much like the first time George called. The same amounts of clarity, static, feedback, and distortion. The Transmitter answers in a tired sort of voice. ]

I was going to start this conversation off with a 'how are you doing?' but your tone of voice seems to render that superfluous.

[ Not that he cares how she's doing, but getting information is done through talking it seems.... ]

Like a raccoon scratched up the inside of my throat and then played my head like a timpani.

So, not great.

That is incredible specific - are you using hyperbole or does this describe the actual experience of being taken hold of?

Like. That's what it feels like. It also feels like someone hosted a bonfire in my mouth but I know that's not something that happened, so no, it's hyperbole...ness.

So basically, they knock you out mentally and then take control of solely your vocal tract, since that's the hurting areas...?

[ SOUNDS FUN, good god. ]

Voice, body... Whatever they need and slash or want.

So if they were to force you to brew coffee, your arms would ache - and so on?

Yeah. Sometimes it's just all-over aches, though, depends on the...force of the takeover.

Have you ever asked them to just give you, you know, a script to read instead?

No... No scripts. That's something they're very adamant about.

Not even if you just burn them after? They're really picky about physical evidence then.

It's, uh...more the principle of the thing. Evidence isn't a concern.

They're sadists.

That's a way to put it... They're bored. Doing something themselves is more...fun. Especially if everything's unpredictable.

These incentives then... Even if we follow the rules, I have my doubts they'll follow through with their own promises.

You can doubt. I can't say either way, but...I can remind you that they do have power.
