Your tablet device will only reach the Transmitter. There is no option to send texts to anyone else, instead it will connect to automatically to her phone.

I'm assuming you already know who all of the people are who have been hoarding knives, since you would have seen them get taken. Got any bets on who is going to lose their knife privileges first at this rate?
