shades of both. we don't want a mass panic to breakout. at the same time, it's our responsibility to keep informed on the status of every patient.

One of the last things I recall before waking up here was a viral outbreak in one of our facilities. The end result was...unfortunate.

Hopefully you're more efficient at shutting it down than the Red Queen was, should it come to that.

Were I you, I would hope that someone here can kill me if things go poorly and the virus does what it's designed to do. Krauser seemed like the most likely, but I know for a fact that he can't.

So there's that. Perhaps someone else is concealing a talent that will make everything work out.

Krauser is likewise infected with something, and Las Plagas is...extremely powerful, in my experience. We spar often, and we're about equal in terms of skill level when we do that - that's why we do it so much.

The problem is that I'm holding back. He isn't.

either way, we'll have to look into that. las plagas is familiar. it's on his profile, for crying out loud. we're sure if we think on it we can remember it properly.

They're parasites that quite like the human nervous system and need to be deliberately injected into someone to take. So he can't pass it on to anyone without trying exceedingly hard, and he doesn't seem interested in doing that. His control seems to be good for the time being; he's just a bit overexcited about the power it's giving him.

I can kill him if he becomes inconvenient for the group, but I don't foresee that happening. I don't know how long he's had them in his system, but seeing as we've been here for a week now they've definitely matured. If he hasn't completely lost his mind by now, he likely isn't going to.

...I've never really held any of my interpersonal relationships in such high esteem. This is something you already know, and seeing as you're disinterested in causing panic, it isn't something that's going to get back to the rest of the group. So I don't see any harm in clarifying, whether he would want me to tell you or not.
