If you'd like to ask the Transmitter something over text, go right ahead! The Transmitter will respond to texts messages as soon as she's available. You will likely get a text back very quickly.

Your tablet device will only reach the Transmitter. There is no option to send texts to anyone else, instead it will connect to automatically to her phone.

there's not much else we do. there's so many of you, after all. we pass the time, but it mostly consists of simple games.

That makes it sound like you can't keep a very consistent schedule though. That's unfortunate.

unfortunate but doable. it seems only a fair thing to sacrifice for running this game, wouldn't you say?

I'm not sure most of the other twenty-seven would consider that enough for it to be "fair."

Do the Risen watch us as well, or do you simple report to them?

we know. that's not quite what we mean. it's not like we think a little uneven sleep matches all of this.

the risen hear back from me, but they have their own monitoring times.

If they can monitor as well, does that mean that they find your insight valuable?

maybe? whether they do or not, i'm the "face" of this, you see. i have to monitor.

I'm curious - and feel free to ask a question in response - for your dislike of water, is that because you can't swim?

is that the only reason a person can dislike water?

No, I can think of a variety of reasons. But it's a likely one, because that can include them drowning once.

there are many reasons we dislike water. we don't feel like disclosing them at the moment.

The scheme I was starting off from what I remembered when I arrived here, I mean. I was supposed to, as the Seventh Brave, lead the real six into a barrier which would trap them inside and sew distrust among them. Ideally, Dozzu and I thought we could kill two or three of them inside the barrier before I was found out and needed to flee. But it turns out I didn't even manage one.

it's interesting. you need the braves dead for your plan to succeed. even though they're supposed to be the world's saviors, you're working against them, to save the world in your own way.
