once there was a young woman who was a monster. she was very comfortable being a monster, because that's what gave her the most pleasure. for hundreds of years, she and those close to her terrorized the world, until their group separated. due to magic, due to time, and she was on her own.

she indulged in every hedonistic way she could throughout the centuries. she crossed paths with old friends who no longer were such, and she died, once, but it didn't last forever.

one day, she found something had changed. she started feeling things again, things she hadn't felt in hundreds and hundreds of years, from before she became a monster. she was very angry about this. it was from something beyond her control. from a life inside her. the monster woman raved and raged but she couldn't fight the growing love towards the life.

she knew though, it would have a horrible existence. the young monster woman didn't know what to do, besides hope and pray. that was something she also hadn't done in centuries. she prayed and she cursed her fate at the same time. she lived a paradoxical monster life.

it probably had one. i just never found it out. we weren't super close. we just talked every so often.

it's a bit more idealistic than i feel but you need that sometimes.
